Track Confirmations in western North Dakota in March, 2004

Tracks were confirmed in Mountrail County by a USDA/APHIS/Wildlife Services specialist on 3-2-2004.  Tracks were reported and confirmed close to dwelling in rural area.  Lat 48.4572833 Long -102.10151.

Tracks were confirmed in McKenzie County by a ND Game and Fish Dept Wildlife Biologist on 3-12-2004.  Tracks were found on a heavily used elk trail.  Biologist was in the field tracking collared bighorn sheep when came upon the lion tracks.  UTM coordinates 639346, 5265564.
